Arcadia Rose, under the command of Colonel Fernand Massey, was part of the battle group sent to engage and destroy Laconian Imperial Navy ship Heart of the Tempest.

During the Battle of Point Leuctra the Arcadia Rose became the flagship of the EMCN once all higher-ranked officers had perished and Massey assumed command of the fleet.[1]
