Asher Kamamatsu is a shop manager on Ceres.

Asher is a fat man, for a Belter. He is tall, carrying fat around his belly and thick muscles through the shoulders, arms, and neck.
Biography[]
He is the manager of an entertainment franchise on Ceres Station, located on the third level of Sector Eight. He sells custom rigs for interactive environments along with various types of simulation software. His small office in the back of the shop is stacked with boxes of pornographic simulations.
When he was extorted for protection money, he filed a complaint with Star Helix Security. Detectives Miller and Havelock investigated, gathering information from Kamamatsu that led Miller to believe that many of the criminal organizations of Ceres had stopped their activities.[1]
