The Asylum system is one of the planetary systems connected to the Ring network.
History[]
The system was colonized by humans after the ancient network of wormhole gates was re-established by the Ring Station. It was one of the early supporters of the new Laconian regime.[1]
In the subsequent Underground-Laconia Conflict, members of the Underground faction operated in this system.[2]
