Bizi Bitiko, also referred to as Bizi Betiko(see notes), was a slingshot pilot from Ceres.

Bizi attracts a small crowd of fans courtesy of his daring choice of dangerous hobbies.
Throughout the series
Detective Josephus Miller is surprised to learn that Bizi is alive, after recovering his electronic ID off of a body he recognized from a dating profile as part of his investigation into the disappearance of Julie Mao.
With the help of Detective Octavia Muss, Miller learns that the data broker's body had been implanted with an illegal ID Spoofer Mod, that had successfully thrown him off the trail.
When Miller visits Bizi's place, he finds there a bunch of people watching and betting on a slingshot racer, who is broadcasting his close approach to Jupiter. When Miller asks the crowd about Julie and tells them that Bizi is dead, they laugh at him and explain that the slingshotter on the screen is Bizi Bitiko. Soon after that, Bizi reaches his closest approach to Jupiter and dies live on screen.

- The name of the character is spelled differently between onscreen props, website ancillary content, and co-starring cast closing credits. While he is called Bizi Betiko in the episode, he was credited as Bizi Bitiko. (See List of characters with name spelling inconsistencies.)

- The actors portraying Bizi Bitiko and the Great Dane were chance selections from the pool of background actors on set.[1]
- The actor portraying Bizi Bitiko also had a small role in Season 3 "Delta-V" as the brother of slingshotter Manéo Jung-Espinoza.[2] [3]
- "Bizi betiko" means "Live forever" in Basque.
