Black Sky OPA Leader had ties to the OPA and to Anderson Dawes.
Throughout the series[]
In "The Seventh Man", he's at the OPA meeting called by Fred Johnson and strongly opposes Johnson being their representative to Earth, but Johnson reveals he doesn't think he should be the rep.
In "Pyre", he is part of the unsuccessful rebellion led by Staz and Edin to take over the command center on Tycho Station and acquire the Earth missiles stolen by Johnson. Given that Camina Drummer shot and killed Staz and Edin after the rebellion was quelled, it is reasonable to assume that Black Sky Leader would have been executed also.
