Viewpoint characters

The novels in The Expanse series alternate between different viewpoint characters, where each chapter has that character as its focus.

The only person who has been a viewpoint character in more than one novel is Jim Holden, who has been one in all of them to date (although some have returned as viewpoint characters in prologues and epilogues).

Starting with book six, Babylon's Ashes, a number of characters return in viewpoint roles. Those include Clarissa, Avasarala, Prax, Naomi, Bobbie, Amos, and Alex.
