Diogo was part of the assault force on Thoth Station where he took a crowd suppression round to his chest armor and befriended Miller. When the OPA forces returned to Tycho he let Miller share his bunk and even recommended him for a security job.
Later he was on Miller's security team on the Nauvoo. When Miller reveals to Diogo his plan to remain on Eros while the asteroid is destroyed, his only response is "Buona Morte", good death.
