Dot Bisset is a IASG scientist who settled on Laconia with her family as part of the CRS-673 Comprehensive Ring Survey.
Biography[]
Dot Bisset is a scientific researcher that had come to Laconia as part of the initial scientific expedition to the planet prior to Winston Duarte relocating his loyalists there. Her husband, Gary Bisset, is also a scientist on the team and they brought the children Cara and Xan with them.

“The Final Mission” — While exploring the wilderness around their family home, Dot's daughter Cara saw several different indigenous species of lifeforms, including strange dogs. Unbeknownst to Dot, Cara learns that the strange dogs can resurrect dead animals, and when Xan is accidetnally killed, Cara takes his body to the dogs to be healed. [1] When Cara returns with Xan to their home, Dot and Gary are horrified and attempt to contact the local authorities, forcing Cara and Xan to escape to the wilderness together.[2]
