Emily Babbage was a Lieutenant in the Martian Congressional Republic Navy. She was stationed at Asteria Naval Base where she worked as aide to Admiral Emil Sauveterre.
Throughout the series[]
In "Churn", when Lieutenant Babbage noticed Alex Kamal audit a lecture at Asteria Naval Base, she approached him feigning interest in his adventures in order to establish rapport; however, her actual motive was seeking to ascertain why he was trying to speak to the admiral. Meanwhile, she attempted to avoid answering any of his inquiries.
In "Mother", when asked to meet again, she was forced to excuse herself by revealing she would be on an errand aboard the MCRN Barkeith.
In "Nemesis Games", as the MCRN Barkeith transited the Laconia ring, it was disintegrated by the Unknown aggressors, resulting in her and the death of everyone on board the vessel.
