Baltimore is a city known to have an Arcology. A sprawling major city, it is the home of millions of people, featuring numerous high-rise buildings, skyscrapers, large settlements and major infrastructure. It is protected by numerous sea walls. There is a robust criminal economy in the slums featuring prostitution, drugs, weapons and identity brokering. Crime families control neighborhoods in these areas.
It is the birthplace and original home of Amos Burton Books • TV, as well as his mother and his childhood friend Erich. It's also home to his foster mother and former lover Lydia Allen.[1]
