K. Nikil was a member of the Outer Planets Alliance.
History[]
Nikil is an OPA leader of the Black Sky faction.
Throughout the series[]
Nikil appears in a dossier sent to Sadavir Errinwright. Publicly, Chrisjen Avasarala blames him for targeting her in a failed assassination. Privately, as she reveals to Cotyar that she believes Errinwright and his conspirators are behind the plot.[1]
During a Fred's recruitment meeting, Nikil challenges the Earther's authority. He boasts about his participation in the assassination attempt against Avasarala and swears to increased actions of that nature. He expresses contempt for Johnson and does not want him representing the Belt or telling them who to attack. Nikil is loyal to Anderson Dawes. Johnson bashes his head against a wall, throws him into an airlock and then into the vacuum of space.[2]
