Captain Martens is an MCRN Captain assigned to the Scirocco.

Overview

An officer of the rank of Captain in the MCRN, he was also a Chaplain. After the Ganymede incident he was assigned onboard the Scirocco and oversaw the debriefing of Gunnery Sergeant Bobbie Drapper who was the sole survivor of the surface battle.
