Micah al-Dujaili is one of the major faction leaders called forth to unify the OPA against the Free Navy.[1]. The choice was eased by the fact that Micah's brother, Carl, was killed by Marco Inaros after the Witch of Endor followed Michio Pa in the split from the Free Navy.
