Dr. Moynahan is research scientist at the Ceres Mining & Technology University (CMTU).
Biography[]
Dr. Moynahan works in the CMTU bioscience laboratory. For a period of time he worked with Dr. Carlos Merrian, who later changed his identity to Dr. Strickalnd.
Moynahan responded to Prax's plea for donations toward the investigation and recovery of Mei after the Ganymede incident. He provided the connection between Strickland and Protogen by revealing the prior identity of Strickland as Carlos Merrian. He let Holden know that Merrian left for an employer with less restrictive policies than the university and that he had ethical differences with CMTU.[1]
