After the end of the Free Navy Conflict the ship was trapped in the Sol system. It maintained a disguise as a Belter prospector ship.
When the ice hauler Arizona Bay sent a distress message after a reactor failure, the Camorri Garrista responded docking with the ice hauler to assist. In actuality the reactor was sabotaged to get her in contact the destroyer's Laconian crew.
Afters its disguise was unveiled the Tanto was engaged by the Rocinante during which it had a third PDC installed in its airlock to cover a blindspot. Despite this, the Tanto was destroyed.
