She is a woman living on the streets in the slum near the United Nations Headquarters building.

“You can't go home” — She is the first person in the slums whom Bobbie Draper asks for directions to the ocean following her escape from the MCR embassy building. The woman, after taking notice of Bobbie's clean and tidy clothing, refused to assist her without payment and continued refilling a bottle with recycled water.[1]
